Topic I am having issues with incorrect temperature reading, my camera going off line or trouble with my screen freezing. Is my product faulty or is there a fix for this?

This issue is not product related. The server that connects your mobile device to your camera had a software bug that caused some systems to experience connection and feature related issues. This was promptly corrected and the server is working properly now. If you experienced any of these issues, please reset your system by removing power for 5 minutes. After you reconnect the power to the camera, it will be restored to proper working condition.
