- The parent unit may have lost connection with the baby unit. Reduce the distance between the parent unit and the baby unit, but not closer than 1 metre.
- The baby unit may be powered off. Press and hold 0 to power on the baby unit.
- Battery in the parent unit is running low. Replace with new alkaline battery (size AAA x 2).
